Nautical Data International, Inc. (NDI) provides electronic charts and related hardware, software and data products and services for marine transportation, recreation, and science/engineering sectors, under the brand name of "DigitalOcean®".

Since their incorporation in 1993, they have worked in partnership with the Canadian Hydrographic Service (CHS) to develop Canada's official electronic chart coverage and the infrastructure for delivery. They continue to develop strategic alliances and other relationships with suppliers of data, software, and hardware in order to offer the broadest possible range of solutions to customer requirements.
