Irving Shipbuilding Inc (ISI) has the resources, skill levels and management expertise to build large vessels and structures, upgrade drill rigs and to build tugs, AHTS and PSV's, build offshore platforms for the oil and gas industry.

Irving Shipbuilding includes six facilities, four in Nova Scotia, one in Prince Edward Island and another in New Brunswick as well as engineering offices in Halifax and Ottawa. These facilities are Halifax Shipyard, Woodside Industries, Shelburne Ship Repair, Pictou Shipyard, East Isle Shipyard, Fleetway Services.
