Sunbird Yachts was established in March 1993 with a registered capital of RMB 30 million. In May 2002, Sunbird co-invested Zhuhai Sunbird Yacht Manufacturing Company with Hong Kong Fortune Enterprise Company, the total registered capital is RMB 18 million. Now, Sunbird has two manufacturing bases: One in Hunan Province of central China; One in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province near Hong Kong.
