Mr Sullivan, now based in New York City, focuses heavily on charter party, insurance, reinsurance, finance related disputes and ship financing. Mr Sullivan's international experience and insight into Australian governmental policy has enabled the Spartmatrix family to provide advice to leading members of the bulk and container shipping industry. His Australian agriculture and mining background, provide a practical insight into the logistical issues of trade between Australia and Asia and beyond.

Mr Sullivan has been pivotal in developing The Spartamatrix familie's international maritime network of clients, currently consisting of over 13000 members worldwide.Through Strategic alliances with major owners, insurers, law firms and innovative E-Commerce systems, Mr Sullivan provides day to day legal advice and cross border Litigation support from New York City. He is available to provide representation in all United Kingdom courts and arbitrations in New York, London and internationally.

Mr Sullivan, began his career at the United Kingdom Bar at New Bailey Chamber's, Liverpool and Preston ( 2004-2008). During his time he gained significant trial and advocacy experience. Mr Sullivan was educated at Saint Ignatius College, Riverview, Sydney, University of Central Lancashire, City University, London and Inns of Court School of Law, London.

He is available to provide advice and representation in all courts in the United Kingdom and in arbitrations in New York City, London and beyond.
