Overview:

• The Maritime Research and Consultation Center MRCC was established in 1984 as a non-profit making organization, affiliated to the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport. His Excellency, the Egyptian Minister of Transport, chairs the Board of Directors. During this period the Center has succeeded in accomplishing continuous growth in know-how and experience, as well as increasing the volume of work undertaken.



• The center provides its members with continuous services in return for annual subscription. It also implements these projects, upon the request or finance of subscribed members or non-member organizations according to signed agreements.

Activities:

• Develop and support research and developing activities in the Maritime Transport Sector.
• Perform feasibility studies and preparatory studies for research and developing projects.
• Perform Site studies
• Provide Information services through EMDB and international databases.
