Port Manatee is located near the entrance to Tampa Bay, providing customers with quick access to open water and local businesses with an ideal commercial gateway to the world.
Port Manatee is building its largest warehouse, Warehouse 11, making room for more construction materials feeding Florida's booming development. It is a 172,478-square-foot structure with 160-foot, clear-span construction, eliminating columns and providing additional storage space. It is similar to Warehouse 10 shown here, which was completed in January 2004. The warehouse is one-fifth of a mile long and could hold 85 average-size homes.
