Deep Water Point is on the Canning River in Mount Pleasant. It is a popular spot for water skiing and jet skiing and the car park is often full of trailers and cars using the boat ramp.
There is a fenced in playground, nothing dramatic or themed but good simple play equipment. There are also swings in a separate area, facing out on to the river and Mt Henry bridge. (The site banner photo is of these swings).
